- Priorities and SLA targets: Low, Medium, High and Critical, each with due dates, overdue tracking and alerts.
- Status tracking: New → Assigned → In Progress → On Hold → Completed → Closed, with a full activity timeline, comments and internal manager notes.
- Technician assignment: by skill, availability and live workload, with optional auto-assignment.
- Work orders: created automatically on assignment, with labor hours, parts, cost, completion notes and a printable sheet with signature lines.
- Notifications: an in-app alert bell and branded emails, each sent in the recipient’s own language.
- Preventive maintenance: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly schedules that create requests automatically.
- Performance reports: response and resolution times, SLA compliance, satisfaction ratings, a technician leaderboard and CSV export.
