Overview
AR4HO TravelPro runs a whole travel agency from one WordPress site: the public website, tour sales and bookings, plus the back office (stock, purchasing, staff, attendance and payroll). Developer: AR4HO. Tagline: Explore More. Travel Better.
It is built for tour operators and destination management companies selling Egypt tours: Nile cruises, cultural tours, beach holidays, desert safaris, hotels and airport transfers.
| Component | Package | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| AR4HO TravelPro theme | ar4ho-travelpro-theme.zip | The public website: design, pages, language and currency switching, SEO and security hardening |
| AR4HO TravelPro plugin | ar4ho-travelpro-plugin.zip | The data and business logic: tours, destinations, hotels, bookings, customers, enquiries, the admin dashboard and every back-office module |
The plugin holds all content and records, so the business data survives a theme change. The theme needs the plugin, and the plugin also works with other themes through its shortcodes.
Built-in across both: Arabic and English with full right-to-left layout, EGP as base currency with display in USD, EUR, GBP, SAR, AED and more, mobile-first design, search-engine optimisation and secure access.
Website theme
The theme gives the agency a modern, photography-led travel site whose content is created in one click and edited from WordPress.

Travel management
Every tour, destination and hotel is managed from WordPress in English and Arabic, and every website request becomes a tracked record with a reference number such as BK-2026-0001.
Content the agency manages
| Item | Key fields |
|---|---|
| Destinations | Region, card badge, best time to visit, highlights, gallery, Arabic name and text |

The success message offers a WhatsApp follow-up with the reference number filled in.
-
Forms are protected against spam with a security token, a hidden trap field, a minimum fill time and a limit per visitor.
-
Forms work without JavaScript too.
Customers and reservations
-
A customer record is created or updated automatically from each booking or enquiry, matched by email or phone.
-
Each customer shows nationality, passport number, source (website, walk-in, partner agent), notes and booking history.
-
Bookings move through pending, confirmed, completed or cancelled, with payment status unpaid, deposit paid, fully paid or refunded.
-
Enquiries move from new to replied, converted to booking, or closed, and can be assigned to a consultant.
Admin dashboard and content management
Two WordPress menus run the business: TravelPro for sales and website content, and Back Office for operations.
| TravelPro screen | What staff can do |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | See today’s numbers: new bookings, pending enquiries, revenue, upcoming departures, approvals waiting and low stock |
| Bookings | Search and filter, change status and payment, email or WhatsApp the guest, export to CSV |
| Customers | Profiles with full booking and enquiry history |
| Enquiries | Reply, assign to a consultant, convert to a booking in one click |
| Tours, Destinations, Hotels, FAQs | Add and edit content with English and Arabic fields, galleries and itineraries |
| Prices | Edit all tour and hotel prices on one screen, or raise or lower them all by a percentage |
| Settings | Company details, phone and WhatsApp, notification emails, currencies and exchange rates, child price %, transfer prices, modules on/off, approval chains, payroll and attendance rules, roles |
| Demo content | Install sample destinations, tours, hotels, FAQs, posts and back-office data, then remove them in one click |
-
Website pages, menus, blog posts and media are edited with the normal WordPress editor.
-
The theme’s setup screen creates all pages and both menus in one click without overwriting anything.
-
Exchange rates can be entered by hand or refreshed automatically once a day.
-
Each back-office module can be switched off if the agency does not need it.
Back office
Five operations modules share one approval engine and one audit log, so every request, purchase, leave and payroll run is traceable.

-
Multiple stores, each with a storekeeper.

Roles, dashboards and approvals
Each staff member logs in to a dashboard and menus that match their job, and money or stock moves only after the right people approve.
| Role | Dashboard and access |
|---|---|
| General Manager | Everything: all KPIs, final approvals, settings |
| Travel Consultant | Bookings, customers, enquiries, tours and prices |
| Finance Officer | Purchase orders, payroll, payments, approvals by amount |
| HR Officer | Employees, departments, leave, shifts, rosters, attendance, payroll preparation |
| Storekeeper | Stores, items, stock, issuing requisitions, receiving deliveries |
| Purchasing Officer | Suppliers, purchase requests and orders |
| Department Manager | Approves their own department’s requisitions, purchases and leave |
| Employee | Own portal: leave requests, clock-in, attendance, payslips |

approval workflow · requisitions, purchase requests and orders, leave, payroll
Chains are set per document type in Settings, as steps of role plus minimum amount (for example, a purchase over a set value adds the General Manager). Nobody can approve a document they created, and every decision is stored with name, time and comment in the audit log.
