User Data Deletion

You can ask AR4HO to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. We confirm every request and complete it within 30 days.

How to request deletion

1. Use the form below (fastest). You receive a confirmation code to check the status.
2. Email info@ar4ho.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include the email address, phone number or account you used with us.
3. Message us on WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger or Instagram with the words DELETE MY DATA. A team member will confirm the request.

Facebook and Instagram users

If you contacted AR4HO through Facebook or Instagram, you can also remove our app’s access: on Facebook go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites, select AR4HO and click Remove. Then send a request with the form below (choose Facebook / Instagram) so we also delete the messages and comments we received from you.

What we delete

• Your website chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger and Instagram conversations with us.
• Your contact-form messages, quotation requests and newsletter subscription.
• Your contact record (name, email, phone, company) in our customer system.

What we may need to keep

• Invoices, payment and contract records, for as long as Egyptian tax and accounting law requires. They are kept securely and used only for that purpose.
• A minimal record that you asked for deletion (confirmation code, date and the contact detail you gave), so we can prove the request was handled.
• Public comments are deleted from our systems; to remove a comment from Facebook or Instagram itself, delete it there or ask us to hide it.
